What Is “Full Service” for Rug Cleaning?

When we say that we are a full-service rug cleaning company, we do all the work for you at no additional charge. We’ll pick up the rugs from your home and transport them to our rug-washing facility. You never have to roll up a dirty rug and lug it to our business.

Once at our location, Tim, the owner, will clean it with specially formulated cleansers and keep your rug safely wrapped until we return it to your home for installation or storage. All rugs are wrapped for transport or storage at no extra charge. If a company is not a full-service rug cleaning business, it will likely use carpet cleaning solutions and equipment to surface clean your rugs and will require you to drop off and pick up the rug on your own or pay extra for it.
What are the Hygienic Benefits of Cleaning Fine Rugs by Hand?

Some cleaners put rugs into machines and may clean multiple rugs simultaneously. We do not use cleaning machines. In our professional rug cleaning facility, each rug is hand-cleaned individually, avoiding cross-contamination with other household rugs. Also, your rug is not placed next to another customer’s rug and cleaned with the same liquids or equipment simultaneously.

After our hand-cleaning process, we gently rinse the rug with cold, soft water to wash away every bit of residue. We do not use automated machines, which can damage the rugs, and only clean the surface of a rug. Cleaning by hand ensures that your rug is deeply cleansed, and all allergens, dirt, and debris are removed. In a low-humidity room, we gently dry your rugs on air cushion. We never hang rugs to dry, which can distort their shape and colors.
